MAIN5 and Generis partner to provide proven CARA consultancy services for Pharma R&D and beyond.

Generis teams up with MAIN5 to provide customers with business process management, change management, and quality management when they choose the CARA user interface for Documentum, Alfresco, and Oracle WebCenter.

“MAIN5 is delighted to reach its partner level,” said Tore Bergsteiner, Managing Partner, at MAIN5. He further added, “With our proven experience with regulatory requirements and the associated business processes in global Pharma R&D, Regulatory Affairs and Quality, we are able to successfully navigate our customers towards an improved business effectiveness and regulatory accuracy based on the Generis technology. We already successfully delivered various joint customer projects with the highest degree of customer satisfaction.”

Main5 has become a consulting services partner for Generis’ CARA product, formalizing a relationship that has seen several successful customer implementations for major global Life Science companies. Customers looking for expert consultancy to help implement CARA, the market-leading user interface software for Documentum, Alfresco, and Oracle WebCenter, will benefit from MAIN5’s extensive industry experience in strategy development, organizational consulting, business process -, change – and quality management. The Generis partner program is designed to meet the needs of our customers by supporting and recommending qualified CARA professionals.

This latest partnership allows Generis to further recommend MAIN5’s services to customers looking to upgrade from WebTop and other content management systems to a high performance, simple, and flexible user interface solution. CARA not only provides an ergonomic, functionally superior package, but comes with a set of Life Sciences solutions pre-packaged as accelerators, including Submission/CTD, Electronic Trial Master File (eTMF), SOPs/Quality Management, and Change Control.

In a comment, James Kelleher, Chief Executive Officer of Generis said, “This partnership cements a very successful working relationship with MAIN5. We’ve already seen fantastic results working with MAIN5 to deliver CARA to several major Life Science customers, and we’re excited to continue that formula.” Karsten Krüger, Managing Partner at MAIN5 comments: “Our customers expect first class results from our consultancy engagements to ensure the overall organizational implementation of more effective and accurate regulatory business processes.
